1.             All purchases for Donor Bricks will be made out to Adams County Community Foundation

2.             All donor brick donation forms must be forwarded to Jeff Soldner for brick text, size, and quantity information. AC Veterans Memorial and Static Display,Inc. is responsible for all donor brick information and acknowledgment letters.

3.             Custom insignias can be included on a brick for a $50.00 up charge and a supplied digital file for the insignia

4.             Requests for placement will be honored as best as possible, (ie; multiple bricks for family members, grouping of classmates under a Class of “19##”

5.             Only 15 characters per line of text allowed in a total of 18 spaces. 4x8  bricks have 3 lines of text. 8x8 in bricks have 6 lines. A space between words counts as a character.  All text will be centered by the engraver when the brick text is inscribed. An insignia may decrease the amount of text available.

6.             Bricks can be ordered long after the memorial has been completed to contribute to the maintenance fund established for the memorial.

7.             All Bricks will be placed in columns 16 inches wide on either side of the concrete donor brick walkway leading to the memorial plaza

FREE 4X8 BRICK AWARDED FOR INCREASED LEVEL OF GIVING

  1. A free 4x8 in brick is given to any individual or corporate entity that    donates $1,000.00 or greater.

2.             The donation may be in the form of straight cash, combination of bricks, or combination of both bricks and cash that equals $1,000.00 or greater.

3.             There are 3 levels of increased giving that will be recognized by having donor bricks placed in designated honor positions closer to the Memorial Plaza.

        A. Commander’s Club- >$10,000.00, located closest to the memorial   

             Plaza in a designated area.

        B. Patriot Supporter- >$5,000.00 to $9,999.00, next closest to   

             Memorial Plaza in a designated area.

        C.  Honored Supporter->$1,000.00 to $4,999.00, next closest behind 

              Patriot sponsor designated area but in front of normal donor 

              Bricks.

    4.  If a $1,000.00 or greater donor has purchased multiple bricks, all of 

         their bricks will be placed in their respective area along with their 

          Free brick.
